We have helped to create and install new ways of working to enable the smoother running of an organisation. To date, we have created 2 systems, the first system was created on excel, to help manage and administer all details for consultants who have practising privileges to the hospital and the second, was creating an on line recipe system on Concept 2, to track and gauge all recipes and ingredients for newly created menus.

Lisa has 4 years experience of Facilitation. She has helped facilitate group meetings, kick start events and annual planning sessions.

Lisa is a trained mediator and able to assist with mediation in the workplace between staff in dispute.

We have extensive experience of organising large conferences, annual dinner dances and team building days for in excess of 350 delegates. The last event organised was a regeneration conference for a housing association. This was a hugely successful event, attended by 200 delegates including 40 senior housing leaders from across the UK. The event was later shortlisted for the PR Moments Awards.

We can provide assistance with the recruitment process, including inductions for new starters, exit interviews for leavers, track all holidays, absences for staff and arranging all training for management and staff.
